Lola Blank, President and CEO of LHB Entertainment in Los Angles, CA, has been active in show business since the age of twelve, when she was featured in the movie Up The Down Staircase. She went on to performing in countless off-Broadway productions, and with The Robert Hooks Group Theater Workshop (which later became the Negro Ensemble Company) and Vinnette Carroll's Urban Arts Corps. A drama major and graduate of The High School of Performing Arts — made famous by the movie and subsequent television series, Fame — Lola appeared on Broadway and continued to appear in movie roles, most notably The Landlord, starring Beau Bridges, Diana Sands and Louis Gossett, Jr.; and The Super, starring Kenny Blank and Joe Pesci.

Lola performed for ten years with James Brown and the James Brown Revue, singing and dancing all over the world, garnering appearances on Soul Train, Midnight Special, In Concert and numerous other music variety shows. One highlight of her association with "The Godfather of Soul" was her appearance at the Ali vs. Forman Fight, the "Rumble In The Jungle" in Zaire, Africa. You can see her performing in the Oscar award-winning movie When We Were Kings and its promotional video featuring music by The Fugees.

Lola co-produced with her husband Bob Blank, the #1 hit "Over Like A Fat Rat" for Fonda Rae; Lola became an artist on Island Records with the Hip Hop classics "Wax The Van", Arthur Russell's "Bango" by The Todd Terry Project and others.

Lola Blank lives and works in Los Angeles, California, and is currently the co-creator, co-producer and co-writer of the stage show "3 Blacque Chix Herotica" starring Mariaan Aalda, Lola Love and Iona Morris, which is scheduled to tour nationally in 2006 and internationally in 2007.
